Design in 3D-CAD
As in an aircraft project, our products are designed in 3DCAD, allowing simulations for excellent performance and
assembly accuracy.
Laser cut
The Bikeboats’ aluminum sheets and tubes are cut with CNC laser cutting machines with a
high accuracy, ensuring a perfect fit of its parts.
CNC Machining
The parts are machined on CNC machines, reproducing the pieces accurately, ensuring a perfect operation of the Waterbike.
TIG Welding
The parts that make up the structure are welded by the TIG process, which guarantees its perfect union.
anodization
Every aluminum structure is anodized in black color (highly resistant surface finish). Our Logos are laser engraved.
